9. On the immediate right - some kind of concierge desk (un-manned) and a pile of luggage -- yikes - nowehere to store this.

10. Just one point to note - despite the GM's assurances/feedback in a response to another review (23rd Jan '12) a sign on the concierge desk clearly states valet parking at $15 with NO in/out.
