1. Not only do they provide toiletries, also a bath sponge, sewing kit.

2. On closer inspection there were weeks of dust on the pipes under the sink, sink plugs were filthy, mould stains on the tile grouting the silicon was black and some missing around the bath edges, so disapointing.
