It is in an excellent position right opposite the Bayside Market with a plethora of shops to suit every taste, dozens of restaurants and bars catering for all, from seafood (try Bubba Gumps), oyster bars, Italian bistros, Chinese restaurants and many, many more, right on the waterfront of the pretty and bustling marina.

3. Our suite room(#311) was nice but not clean, housekeeing did not empty the ashtray, did not replaced the coffee or tea or coffee cream, laundry was washed but NOT clean(yet it still took 2 whole days to recieve my laundry back!).

4. I booked reservation a year in advance and asked for a port view, however upon arrival they stated that they had no more available (even though I was promised one with a year reservation!) So they upgraded me to a suite which was nice.

Sure the Holiday Inn is older, and definitely not as swanky (I had colleagues in very nice suites at the Hilton), but unlike the Hilton the broadband at the Holiday Inn worked, it was free (unlike the Hilton), there was a room with computers and free printing (unlike the Hilton) and just around the corner from lots of good restaurants (unlike the Hilton).
