1. We had some trouble with the amount of breakfasts our reservation included as we booked with a third party who had not specified correctly but the manager offered us all complimentary breakfasts as courtesy.

6. There was a female manager standing nearby watching him, yet she didn't seem bothered by the fact that he was tossing things at us (a pen, our credit card, etc), rolling his eyes at a question we asked and walking away while I was trying to ask him something else.

9. When we went to check out after dealing with all of this for about 2 hours, the front desk manager informed us that she did not have the authority to give us a free room.
