5. Last time Megan from front desk was very helpful, on some documents I needed, as well as Pedro or 'Junior' from the valet, always available and willing to help with small details that make you feel at home.

More details below:Pros: location/value -- much cheaper than South Beach, but right across the bridge so you have easy access (5 min drive)Very clean rooms that appear to have been newly renovated with contemporary decorAccommodating staff and Great valet service - we were there on a busy weekend but there wasn't a wait.

9. The view was spectacular, it's close to the cruise terminal and South Beach, and the lobby/valet staff had great customer service.
