1. We stayed the night before our cruise, and did not have a lot of time to check out all of the ameneties, arriving at 10:00 pm.

5. There was nothign really that could be done at time of check out and I appreciate the room service charge being removed from my bill but I will be contacting the hotel for compensation of the dress- as this was one of 2 formal dresses I bought to cruise with, it definately left me short.

7. At check out, I tried to use the TV check out system, but could not find that option on the menu screen, so I was forced to check out at the front desk.
