1. As in, go find the waiter yourself to finish paying your bill after he promised to take care of it.

5. There was nothign really that could be done at time of check out and I appreciate the room service charge being removed from my bill but I will be contacting the hotel for compensation of the dress- as this was one of 2 formal dresses I bought to cruise with, it definately left me short.

6. they should take some management lessons from them)Aside from all the billing and reservation issues, the only positive points I can make is the location and the bar staff.

7. After settling our bill we returned to our room the elevator were busy so we wanted to take the stairs we asked an employee who told us point blank she didn't know where the stairs were today good thing there wasn't a fire.

8. I had to go get her so we could pay the bill and they when she gave it me she explains to me how to read her tip chart and she is entitled to 7.62 or so.

10. We tried to do self-checkout on the TV before we left but when I checked the bill I found that they'd charged us for one night of parking (over $20 but I don't recall how much) so we had to go to the desk to get that charge removed.
