7. We left and went to Beale street and came back 3 hours later and still no ashtrays, so I called housekeeping and there was no answer.

9. The second time, we walked into the room, noticed that a few things had been moved, remote control removed off of the bed, pillows thrown to the middle of the bed, some towels removed from the bathroom, (we assume by housekeeping staff) but the room wasn`t cleaned.
