1. Although the hotel had recently been renovated and was clean, it had no services and wasn't located within walking distance of anything.

3. The trolley station is a 2 block walk (the area does look a little iffy, but we never had a problem) and it goes directly downtown to the mall and Beale street.

7. The trolley stopped 2 blockes in either direction of the hotel, so it was an easy walk, and I didn't feel like I was in an area that wasn't safe.
