8. I then noticed and showed her the brownish blood stains on the comforter (the side that was down to the bed) If I'm correct this can be left behind by bed bugs, she made no comment.

9. The night clerk, unfortunately, was a blemish (didn't understand the reservation; didn't respond to my request for extra bed; didn't seem to care), otherwise the staff and service were excellent, and the morning ladies more than made up for the evening guy.
