3. I recently discovered the Travelodge at LAX by accident, after an airline bump forced a last-minute overnight stay and all my other normal choices (Hilton, Westin, Embassy Suites, Crowne Plaza) were fully booked.

5. As we had a small child, we requested for a different room and the lady at the reception was so nice that she gave us a room which was huge and on the ground floor- I think they were full up and this must have been a suite.
