1. The property is very conveniently located, less than a mile from the airport, with a Denny's and a convenience store virtually next door.

6. Arriving in LAX late in the evening after a looong flight, it was frustrating to not be able to find the courtesy phone to call for the shuttle (as directed by the hotel website), or to locate a help desk in the arrivals area (terminal 2).
