1. Although I paid cash for everything upfront and paid for the telephone call I made off the motel phone as I checked out and asked if there was any outstanding fees but I owed nothing.

4. I also was a little leary of parking my larger size work van in the back unsecured area, but was appreciative that I was allowed to park there (FREE) before and after my checkin/checkouts which saved me ALOT in parking fees.
