1. Beautiful linens, wonderfully comfortable bed, comfy sitting area and a fantastic well appointed bathroom with double granite sinks, bathtub and a separate large glass shower enclosure.

2. The owners need to install elevators in the upper building; build a footpath between both buildings; insulate the walls between rooms; and check for little things like inoperative electric sockets and malfunctioning shower mechanics.

4. Rooms were odd - big rooms, small TV for a room this size; tv remote not very responsive; desk didn't have any power outlets, bathroom shower was nice, but an old small tub, toilet stopped flushing the morning I checked out.

The bathroom was also large with a sunken bath and a shower that could take at least four in comfort if you are so inclined (I did want to try it out but couldn`t find another three people to join me :)Unfortunately my AC stopped working on the first night in my new room, just as a wedding started outside my window.
