4. Miriam at housekeeping (yes I wrote down her name, she was that good) knew exactly what I was talking about when I called and said 'the battery in my safe has died' and I got speedy battery replacement that AM and again in the PM when the new battery seemed not to be working so well.

10. Eventhough i would love to go back to this hotel because of the hotel itself as well as its location (yes there are road works happening but it's no big deal - access to hotel is open from all sides), because of housekeeping, i am hoping i won't need to again.
