1. i'm talking 5-6 am!- Receiving an opened half eaten jar of mayo with my room service meal (meal was dropped from my bill)- My stuff were not being fixed or placed in their place.

3. If you are a 'highly-rated' hotel, even if your room was billed at an auction price, I would think you would have towels and coffee in each room without having to be told.

The good:easy access to freeway made it easy to get aroundspacious roomsamazing water pressure in the showernice drive through Beverly Hills and Bel AirThe bad:keys demagnetized as soon as it was in a one mile radius of a cell phone and needed to be reprogrammed every time we left the roomunknowledgable front desk staff - to be fair they were not used to people under 50 staying there so they weren`t in the knowridiculous billing system where they continued to charge to my card without my knowledgeFar from restaurants and clubs.
