High Points:- Deborah, the hotel's Concierge is wonderfully helpful and all her suggestions and tips were bang-on- Most front desk staff were very helpful- All valet staff were friendly and fast- Restaurant staff were lovely- Bed and bed sheets were very comfortable- Towels are soft and plush- Outdoor areas are beautiful Low Points: - Getting a call at 6.30am telling us our car was ready (but we never scheduled or called for it)- Free Wifi was shotty at best, it worked one second and not the next for the entire 4 days we stayed- Room was great, but a little rough around the edges.
