1. Even after two consecutive requests to have the room done by 9am (so I could sleep all day undistrubed), I still never got fresh sheets, towels or soap.

9. I had a lot of contact with Steffen Meckbach and Luis Bermudez and they managed to meet all requests in a timely manner - more towels, adjustments in room temperature, ice for 430 people every day, twice a day, etc..
