1. After a long trip to northern and southern California I was so happy to get to the Radisson LAX late but to find a most comfortable room, great service, and all the information I needed about the airport shuttle - plus the fruit and cheese plate that was waiting for me in my room with a welcome card from the General Manager was wonderful.

2. Due to delayed flights we did not arrive at this hotel until 2 a.m. The night manager was very nice and helped us with our bags up to the room because there were no bellman on duty at that time of the night.

3. A few times when I travelled under the corporate arrangement, I found welcome gifts from the manager(s) in the room upon arrival: the fruit plate left for me once had mostly overripe mushy fruit, and when I was sent a bottle of wine the 2-part corkscrew that came with it had only 1 part.

4. What had infuriated me the most was that not once would the hotel even apologise for the jam and the tea/coffee incidents, even to the point that the managers and supervisors even said tea and coffee mixed would taste nice, they has no answer what soever for the Jam, on 2 occassions when i was complaining, politely but angryily, they surrounded me with security officers to intimidate me.

9. We arrived at the hotel at 12:30am (exactly the time that we had told them we would arrive, as our flight only got in at midnight) and the manager told us that, even though we had pre-paid our room, he had sold our room to someone else.
