3. We didn't actually eat in the hotel and there are no restaurants close to it but the hotels in Century Bld have organised a trolley to take guests to Manhatten beach for $5 return and here there is a lovely beach, restaurants and a few shops.

4. It's a great spot to get back to LAX easily and the hotels in the area have a round trip bus that will take you to Manhattan Beach for a reasonable price.

5. Only about 15 mins from Hermosa Beach, which by the way I recommend the Lighthouse bar, good atmosphere and live music, with very low priced draft beers (Bud light was 3 bucks).

6. There is a local free trolley service provided to Manhattan beach and a local shopping mall, this stops just outside the hotel, an ideal way to spend a lazy day.

7. You can walk to bus stand which is near the hotel for travelling to various places at Los Angeles, specially to visit beaches Santa Monica & Venice beaches.
