4. the only thing was the towels were a bit thin and they forgot to restock the bathroom with shampoo, but other than that i can't complain given the value of what you get for the price.

9. There's no fancy room service or shower head, you don't get 10 pillows for each bed, and I'm guessing the sheets fall short of 300-thread count, but the Beverly Laurel is a decent value in a great neighborhood.
