1. Always clean, welcoming and a fairly recent remodel, I recommend it to any family or friends looking for a reasonably priced place to stay in a decent neighborhood.

3. There's no fancy room service or shower head, you don't get 10 pillows for each bed, and I'm guessing the sheets fall short of 300-thread count, but the Beverly Laurel is a decent value in a great neighborhood.
