3. The minuses: just a general feeling of 'could be cleaner' - bathroom was dusty, found hairs on sheets and toilet (assume it is from the cleaning staff :) Charges for 'incidentals' not explained at check-in (for 'energy fee' and parking).

4. There's no fancy room service or shower head, you don't get 10 pillows for each bed, and I'm guessing the sheets fall short of 300-thread count, but the Beverly Laurel is a decent value in a great neighborhood.
