1. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable (best pillows at a hotel ever), mini fridge and microwave in the room was convenient for leftovers and parking is $5 a day.

4. There's no fancy room service or shower head, you don't get 10 pillows for each bed, and I'm guessing the sheets fall short of 300-thread count, but the Beverly Laurel is a decent value in a great neighborhood.
