1. This is a great boutique hotel in Beverly Hills - location is close to Beverly Hills, West Hollywood and Studio City, affordable rates, great view of the Hollywood Hills, free internet in the main lobby.

4. In-room internet incurred a daily fee (a practice I find pretty offensive in this day and age) but the hotel provided two terminals in the lobby area, including a printer which gave free access to the web and free printing.

9. I would suggest expanding your room service menu, OFFERING Valet - not mandatory, and post a notice for the procedures for credit/debit card transactions in your lobby for your future guests.
