1. was mighty surprised that upon check-in, i discovered that the hotel was under construction for some grand opening etc. It affected my entire stay.

5. Typical (but nonetheless unacceptable) Beverly Hills attitude of front desk staff: Tried to check in at 2:15pm, but told it was just not possible until official check-in time at 3:00pm.

7. After confirming twice (and in writing) that my 18 year old could check in without me, the rude manager would not let him, even though the room was prepaid and my son had a credit card with his name on it and id.
