1. however had i known renovations were going on i would have stayed elsewhere , breakfast was ok as it was in with room price but wouldnt have paid extra, also the lady doing breakfast shift was great first day and cleared table etc between our courses however i suspect because we didnt tip her that morning the nex day we got no service at all , plates were left to pile up , shame of this was we intended to leave a good tip on our last day , so maybe staff should be aware not everyone carrys wallets etc to dining room every day , so her good tip went to the room staff who did a great job every day .

Views were nice, perfect location, overall very good; until the next morning we went up to the 14th floor where we should have our breakfast, we just came from Las Vegas, and breakfast were amazing, american breakfast ( pancakes, bacon, eggs, juices, cereals, omelettes, etc) this hotel had NOTHING, no meat offer, no pancakes, no cereals, and wait for it.

Nevertheless, staying there on one of their special discount packages, with complimentary breakfast for one guest in each room, meant that it worked out a good deal cheaper than most of the other hotels we stayed at, with standards of comfort, breakfast provision and staff helpfullness as good as or better than that offered by many hotels that charged more.

6. IT COST US $15 EACH PLUS VAT!( 2 toast and a weak coffee, NO THANKS) that was the worst, I am a morning woman and I need my pancakes when I am in USA, so if you are like me, stay in this hotel but have your breakfast somewhere else, take my advice.

7. There is free wireless in the breakfast room on the top floor, but even the hotel technician couldn't get me on line.
