1. My guess is the lot's so small they have to pay someone to park the cars just right, hence the valet fee.

3. Loved having a balcony and internet access in the room (for a fee of course) but well worth it.

4. In-room internet incurred a daily fee (a practice I find pretty offensive in this day and age) but the hotel provided two terminals in the lobby area, including a printer which gave free access to the web and free printing.
