1. Housekeeping has some rather inconsistent policies for a hotel that bills itself as eco-conscious/green; constantly replacing my soap bar after one use, changing my sheets and towels when I specifically requested them not to and failing to restock shampoo, coffee, sweetner etc..

2. While checking out I noticed a charge for 2 bottles of water on my bill that I did not drink.
