The staff (aside from the Starbucks' manager!) was very courteous, the shuttle was very helpful, the room was very comfortable and attractive (note that some rooms and bathrooms are much larger than others; the largest bathroom I ever got was when I got a queen-bed room that seemed designed for the physically challenged).
