1. During check out, again did not feel that the staff was friendly.

2. Two of us were traveling and one flight out was at 9pm at night, due to the mix up with the smoking room management they gave us a free late check out.

5. But As if the preceeding issues had not been enough, On the morning I was set to check out I had my room entered again by hotel staff at around 8 am while I was still sleeping.

7. I am an elite member and they allowed me to saty some extra hours after check out, I thank you for that, since my conencting flight was very late at night, it did really help a lot.

10. Good points:> Pool-warm and large -very clean> Service> Lovely sheets> Only had to pay US $75 for late check out at 1800 hrs> Starbucks on siteBad points:None really-and believe me I am fussy.
