9. the following day, left the hotel, upon return, same thing, rooms still not cleaned and this was 9 the evening, spoke to the manager who apologised and gave us a credit on our bill of $100, that was fine, following day, returned to our room and thier was aletter thier saying that a $250 fine was on our bill because they had to deep clean the room as they thought we had smoked in our room, I was furious, spoke to the manager again who removed the fine and sent a bottle of wine to our room, beleive it or not, thier is more, then I got a fraud alert on my credit card as the marriot decided to take $800 from my card so I could pay for any extras, spoke to the front desk manager who was rude but told her that I was the customer and to put the money back and I would give them $200 as my bill was$171, I have never stayed at such a awful hotel, avoid it like the plague.
