Manager
who got me tucked into a very nice room (recently renovated) and had me on my way upstairs.

Unfortunately most hotel food is very poor, so we half expected it, and didn't bother complaining, and go through the whole ordeal of talking to the

, only to wait another hour for a simple sandwich and fries.
