2. I travel a lot all over the world, and this hotel cleary capitalizes on it's shear size (it's huge) to lower average cost/rates while providing a suprisingly elegant, modern, clean place to stay.

4. Being at the airport area, it could seem to be far of everything but you`re really close to any trip purpose: business, leisure, pleasure, shopping, tourism, etc. With a car, you`re moving and getting a very good hotel at a very reasonable cost.

5. The cost of the wifi internet access was rather steep at $12.95 per device and was somewhat slow and inconsistent from time to time - I prefer an ethernet connect so that I can set up an ad hoc wifi for my devices, rather than being double billed - but I suppose this is why they make you go through the wifi.

6. I took a trolley car into Manhattan Beach for $5 -- a cab would have cost me $30-- and that worked out well.

8. We got a small to medium sized Chevrolet for $85 bottom line cost with complete and total insurances, GPS, petrol to drive with and no need to fill up on return, pick up and return to hotel carpark, or we could return to the airport if we wished.
