1. Pros: very clean rooms and common areas, well serviced, comfortable beds, nice linens, nicely appointed rooms (middle of the road appointments in a contemporary style), airport shuttle was punctual and pleasant, the food venues were pretty good for meeting our needs.

Likes: Staff, location to LAX, good food, very secure, great shower, nice beddingDislikes: Not a nice area, pop machine is not loaded properly so you don't get what you ask for (I'm out $6 on some really crappy liquid I didn't want), STEEP surcharges for everything from parking to internet access, building is aging, pillows suck.
