1. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, the valet service is convenient, and the rooms are comfortable.

2. convenient to The Grove and Beverly Center shopping, easy to drive to any place in the Hollywood area, walk to several good restaurants/bars, service is great from front desk, valet, 'Tart' staff, event planning, and even the housekeepers.

3. I hate having to rely on valet parking ($18 per day added to your bill), but the valet guys were always very friendly and speedy.
