1. The one drawback of the hotel is that the valet charge is mandatory to park there (in their secure lot) and nets about $21/day after taxes.

4. The staff was very accommodating to us, letting us change our reservations upon our arrival, and allowing us to park our specialized car right out in front, where it would be safe and in view of the front desk and the valet.

Secondly, the valet parking charge levied in addition to the room charge (which is not optional: if you want to park at the hotel, you have to pay it) was substantial ($38 for the three nights I was there), and with public transport not really being an option for guests at this hotel, should have been incorporated into the room charge in my opinion.

6. 3) The hot and cold on the shower faucet was reversed which could have been very dangerous 4) They should really tell you that you have to pay an extra $18 a day to park your car at the hotel so if you drive don't for get to add this to the cost of your room 5) When I checked out the next day and I told the front desk about how unsatisfied I was, most specifically the no air conditioning he did not even look at me and just muttered a sarcastic 'Sorry.
