1. Besides having a very rude staff and the room not being ready even an hour after the check in this is just another reason to keep us from staying at this hotel ever again.

3. We stayed for three nights straight off a 13 hour flight and despite turning up earlier than 4pm check - in time the young lady at the desk got us in early to our room to enable a sleep which was greatly appreciated.

4. We arrived at the hotel much earlier than check in due to a change in flight and they were so accommodating and allowed us to check into our room almost 4 hours before official check in time.

7. The parking valet was very helpful when we arrived, even helped us with luggage and the front desk clerk was smiling and welcoming and of course, accommodating with that early check in.
