4. It was near the maid`s room (Grand Central Station) and was also at the the top of the stairs so everyone had to walk by at all hours of the day and night.

5. You have to drive to the downtown spots, but you are only about a mile and a half (an easy walk) from Smathers Beach which is the best beach in Key West.
