9. everything was great, the room was much cleaner than i expected, the hotel staff helped us rent bicycles and provided a map of the island when we checked in.

10. There continental breakfast needs some work, but it is listed as a 'lite breakfast' There is wireless access in the lobby, and the staff was very helpful in booking some of the attractions.
