1. There were stains on the pillow cases but we were put in a room with 2 double sized beds that provided quite a few pillows on each bed so we were able to check the other pillows for stains etc. The walls had something that was spilled on it but obviously over looked when housekeeping came to clean the room.

3. The a few times when we woke up late and housekeeping was on the other side of the hotel, made one phone call and they brought us fresh towels etc. The ppl at the fron desk were very nice and gave us recomendations and directions at all hours of the day and night when we popped in.
