3. The a few times when we woke up late and housekeeping was on the other side of the hotel, made one phone call and they brought us fresh towels etc. The ppl at the fron desk were very nice and gave us recomendations and directions at all hours of the day and night when we popped in.

5. the room was dimly lit, so we did have to ask for replacement light bulbs to replace the burnt out ones, and for additional towels.
