I was very disappointed with our stay, and to top it all off, when I was woken up several times through the night, when I finally asked the kids to be quiet at the pool, since it was well past midnight, I got told 'The Manager said we could party!' While I doubt this claim, I went to talk to the manager about it before we left, I was told 'She was too busy to talk to us.
