1. On my stay the staff was very friendly, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast was more than enough, I stayed in April, and also in May,, and will be staying again later in the month of June.

3. yes the hotel is showing age in some areas but I'm in the construction field and saw many newer additions during my stay.
