1. Check in was no problem, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the location was easy access off I-95 going north.

Things that could be improved:-Keeping extra front desk staff on hand while training new employees--especially during check-in hours!(We waited about 30 minutes to be checked in because the supervisor was assisting another customer, and the trainee did not know how to process a Hotwire reservation.

8. I went to the hotel to see if we could get an early check-in, maybe around 1pm or 2pm & figured hubby would just rest in our truck in the parking lot until we could get in.
