But I do expect to have a clean room with a clean bathroom(mine wasn't), decent amenities (workout room is a joke), and helpful staff (these folks have not been friendly or helpful--I asked for toothpaste at the front desk earlier and was told that they had run out but that I could go across the street to the Marriott and get some there).
