I WAS TALKED INTO STAYING AT EBASSY SUITES BY FAMILY MEMBERS IN JACKSONVILLE , I WORK FOR STARWOODS (SHERATON ATLANTA) AND WE GREAT EVERY GUESST (WITH A SMILE AND A may i help you please) i never once was asked how was my stay or is there anything that can be done, to top that off i was in room 412 and i left my silver watch in the room by mistake i called the hotel once i arrived back in atlanta and i was told they will check with housekeeping and call me back i called at 6 12pm and it is now after 9am on tues and no call back yet!i then called the hotel again tues morning t 931am and the fist time i was on hold for 16 mins the front desk agent did say she was soory about that i was asked to give my number and they will call housekeeping to see if they found the watch and i will get a return call, its been just over 12 mins now, so at this point i am very upset with the customer service there i think there should be more training in this area because with out customer service the hotel can,t afford to fuction that way.
