1. When my son had a small accident in the night (mostly on himself), housekeeping was very good about changing out every bit of linen in the room and cleaning thoroughly.

2. Housekeeping is usually there early to clean your room and bring fresh towels, so you need to hang your 'Do Not Disturb' if you want to sleep in.

3. I WAS TALKED INTO STAYING AT EBASSY SUITES BY FAMILY MEMBERS IN JACKSONVILLE , I WORK FOR STARWOODS (SHERATON ATLANTA) AND WE GREAT EVERY GUESST (WITH A SMILE AND A may i help you please) i never once was asked how was my stay or is there anything that can be done, to top that off i was in room 412 and i left my silver watch in the room by mistake i called the hotel once i arrived back in atlanta and i was told they will check with housekeeping and call me back i called at 6 12pm and it is now after 9am on tues and no call back yet!i then called the hotel again tues morning t 931am and the fist time i was on hold for 16 mins the front desk agent did say she was soory about that i was asked to give my number and they will call housekeeping to see if they found the watch and i will get a return call, its been just over 12 mins now, so at this point i am very upset with the customer service there i think there should be more training in this area because with out customer service the hotel can,t afford to fuction that way.

4. However, I called down to the front desk (couldn't get through to housekeeping) and the gentleman who was working the front desk told me he would get someone up there immediately.

5. From Day 1 to Day 61, the hotel staff from the General Manager to the breakfast staff, housekeeping and desk clerks could not have been more gracious or accomodating.
