3. The check in was a breeze and the late-night desk staff were especially helpful and friendly especially when I was dismayed to find the restaurant has just closed (it was 11pm)--I was starving.

I checked in at 4pm and was a bit annoyed that I was not recognized as a priority club club gold member upon check in as the program promises, No priority check in, key not ready, desk clerk had to search for my reservation, etc. (I even booked the reservation through the priority club website) No major inconvenience really, and I will say that priority club is somewhat better than some other loyality programs out there but it just seems like you always have to fight for every little crumb they toss you which is honestly not worth the effort most of the time but as long as they continue to send me these wounderful letters highlighting all the wounderful things they are going to do for me as a loyal customer,,,, I am going to continue to mention it on this website as well as others when they don't deliver which is only fair play.

6. When it came to check in there were three employees standing behind the counter talking and didnt even acknowledge finally they seemed annoyed that I was interupting their conversation.
