1. The Great: Very comfortable bed with good linens and variety of pillows; our room was extremely quiet (these two items are the most important to me: bed quality and no room noise).

8. Upon entry into the room, I noticed the wood trim falling off the wall, and where someone tried to touch up the paint, unfortunately the paint was a different shade and made it look real run down (I wasn't going back to the desk to ask for a new room, as I just wanted a clean bed at this point.
