4. The staff was very nice to my kids and there is a courtesy town car that will drop you off at shops, restaurants nearby so you don't have to take your car in and out of valet.

9. We waited for 20 (had to call to let the restaurant know we would be late) before deciding we would call a cab; when we went outside to ask the valet if he could call/signal one, he called the shuttle driver who was waiting in another area of the parking lot.
